Thank you for your warm welcome, thank you to all your team who, thanks to their youth, their smiles, their availability and their discretion, allowed us to spend a wonderful week, just at the foot of the slopes. What more could you ask for? Nothing.
The hotel was perfect for us (my 8 year old daughter and I). We loved the fact that it was small, it did not feel overwhelming for us holidaying as a smaller family. The Alpine charm of the hotel gave it a cosy, homely and friendly atmosphere.
The food in the restaurant each night provided by half board was very good, a great tour of local specialities, and we appreciated the variety with the different themed nights. Meals and services on offer fitted perfectly with our day’s activities and the location of the hotel could not have been better!
We were initially hesitant about the location (wondering if we should have booked in Meribel or even Courchevel), but ended up that the location was perfect and have no regrets about that decision. The service and location were fantastic – everyone at Hotel Alpen Ruitor was friendly, helpful, and very service oriented. The breakfast options exceeded our expectations, as did the service there. The rooms were good size, and the balcony provided a great view of the area. The lounge area was something we hadn’t expected, but we used it a number of times – to hear the entertainment and to just relax. We would stay there again!
Just an amazing hotel, such great service and so comfortable. Food is amazing. Thank you.
This was our first time to AlpenRuitor and found it to be just perfect. A small personable hotel with I believe only 44 rooms, but this makes it all the more perfect as it’s intimate and friendly, nothing is too much effort and everyone is so helpful.
We tried everything – restaurant, bar, brasserie, spa, lounge. The service was faultless and spotlessly clean everywhere.
They also have great arrangement with the ski rental shop right next door
Location is fantastic with a very short walk to the base of 3 major ski lifts taking you off to the various directions of the 3 valleys ski area.
We loved the in house entertainment on our first evening, with Gemain’s soulful guitar playing and singing whilst being offered a glass of Cremant or Argentinian wine.
We were very pleasantly surprised to hear the Fenestraz Group own quite a few other establishments, in various different places around the world
Definitely worth checking out if this is their standard to go by.
Look forward to visiting again soon.
Thank you, Caroline & David.
