The hotel is wonderful – Atlanta Ski Club

I stayed at the Hotel Alpen Ruitor with the Atlanta Ski Club January 2025. This hotel is steps from multiple lifts and a gondola. It is easy to get to all 3 main parts of Tres Valles and then also easy to get back to Meribel Mottaret. The local bus stop is right outside the hotel too. Meribel Mottaret has great Apres Ski. The hotel itself is wonderful, but the best part is the staff that truly put forth their best all week, including the hotel manager. She led personal tours for some of our group members. I would recommend Hotel Alpen Ruitor without hesitation.

Wonderful stay

As last time, it was a very pleasant stay in this comfortable, family-run hotel, with excellent location and service. It’s undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Méribel. The food is delicious too. The chef is creative and everything is very tasteful. The staff are also fantastically friendly.

I think this place has it all

The location is ideal, right next to the slopes. There’s a spa to relax in. The food was excellent and varied, with different theme nights. Rooms had balconies, which is always a plus. The best part was the staff. The staff treat you with a smile, organize great evening activities and are there to answer all your requests. I had high expectations and they far exceeded them.

An intimate chalet-style setting for the spa

A welcoming smile from the staff and a discovery of the spaces that immediately put you at ease. My sauna session preceded a sensory shower explicitly named “polar”. A perfect boost for the metabolism. It is difficult not to want to repeat this moment of calming the body and mind.

Wonderful experience

Wonderful place in the heart of Trois Vallées. Tranquil atmosphere, typical mountain decoration, tasty Savoyard specialties, great Afligem for beer lovers and super friendly staff. Keep your high standard and I will be back again next year.

We had a wonderful stay

What a wonderful discovery

What a wonderful discovery! We have rarely seen a hotel where the staff, and I mean ALL the staff, are so attentive and professional. The rooms are very comfortable, very clean, with top quality bedding (excellent for recovering after a day’s skiing). The gourmet restaurant is a delight with a wide variety of dishes, and you can always change a dish if you don’t like what’s on the daily menu (well done to the chef and his team). And let’s not forget the lounge bar, where a drink in the evening is a very pleasant way to relax, sitting by the fire that warms us up as much as the songs magnificently performed by Cyrielle and Germain. Many thanks to you both for your Friday night concerts, which we were lucky enough to see twice. We’re already looking forward to next year…

Every year we come with our family

There’s nothing to say about this hotel, which is perfect in every way. The pastries on returning from skiing are of very good quality and free of charge. The spa is superb. The staff are very welcoming. Every year we come with our family and we’ll be back.

This place gave us a very good experience and memories, everything was very good. The staff was friendly and funny, and the environment was warm and comfortable! We will come again next year! Looking forward to it.

This is a wonderful hotel for ski holiday

The food is delicious, service is very good and the rooms are lovely. The hotel is small enough that after a few days staff recognise your face/remember preferences which does give a nice touch. The kids loved the football table and games – as well as the afternoon cakes ! And it is right on slopes so easy to get up and over to Val Thorens or ski down into Meribel and over to Courchevel.

Moment to renew

I took the “Snowflake Massage” 50mn. The masseuse used her massage techniques with hot oil, with great professionalism which gave me absolute muscle relaxation. This “silk reflection” oil brought me well-being.

Very nice restaurant at the bottom of the slopes of Méribel Mottaret, with a terrace in full sun.

I also enjoyed the spa and a massage, I highly recommend a visit.
The staff are very friendly and smiling, and there are activities for children at the end of the day during the school holidays.

Great family holiday from start to finish

Great family holiday from start to finish! We booked the family room and can honestly say it was so spacious and comfortable. The views were amazing as we were on the top floor. Location was spot on, we had the lifts right outside and ski school was less than a min walk. The staff were all very kind and hospitable. We will definitely visit again soon.
